Biography

Damian joined HALO in 2013, trained in explosive ordnance disposal in northern Afghanistan and initially worked in Somaliland, West Bank and Kosovo. From 2014 he was Sri Lanka Programme Manager for two years. In 2016 he joined the senior management of HALO's largest programme in Afghanistan. In 2018 he was appointed Cambodia Programme Manager.
