Biography

Heng Sarith is currently Director of ASEAN Political Security Community (APSC) Department at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. He is responsible for the works of APSC, ASEAN Summits, ASEAN Regional Forum, and ARMAC issues. He has joined diplomatic career since 2006 and was awarded with Bronze Work Medal from the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2017. He has graduated from National Graduate Institute for Public Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo in 2010 and hold Master Degree of Public Policy.
