Biography

Tu Lai is currently a research fellow at the Institute for Foreign Policy and Strategic Studies, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. His research interests include U.S. foreign policy, U.S. - China relations, U.S. - Vietnam relations, and international relations in East Asia. He receives his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Diplomacy Academy of Vietnam and holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs, the George Washington University.
