Biography

I was born in Laos in 1960 and finished secondary school in Laos, and finished university in former Soviet Union in 1986. I joined UXO Lao programme in 2001 and am currently employed there. I have participated in many workshops & meetings in Laos & in other countries.

In 2005 I attended a Senior Manager Course at James Madison University. In my position I'm responsible for operations.
