Background and Education - Born on January 10, 1966 at Pursat Province in Cambodia - Read Public Law at Sorbone University, and earned MBA (Marketing & Communication) in France, and MBA from SCUPS, USA. - Attended intensive trainings on Advanced Management. - Finished Doctoral Degree in Business Administration from Preston University.
